INFORMATION ON CREATION AND OPERATION OF CLOSE JOINT STOCK COMPANY "GRODNOTORGSERVICE".

On May 20, 1992, based on the decision No. 167 of the executive committee of the Grodno City Council of People's Deputies, the Limited Liability Company for the construction and operation of a clothing market in the city of Grodno, "Clothes market" was registered. The founders were: the executive committee of the Council of People's Deputies of Grodno, the collective enterprise "MZhK stroy", the collective farm "Komsomolets". The decision was signed by the Chairman of the Council Domash S. N.p>

Initially since 1995, the office, where the company's management apparatus was located, was leased to the address: Grodno, ul. Soviet, 10 and occupied a room area - 7,25 square meters. The number of staff on January 1, 1996 was 63 employees.

From February 7, 1996, permission was obtained as an experiment for the installation of a paid parking lot. On March 1, 1996, the Koptevka JV allowed the allocation of land in the amount of 1.5 hectares to the Market for the construction of a parking lot.

The first Regulation on the procedure for the allocation of trading seats was approved on August 21, 1996.

June 29, 1998 decision number 310 of the Grodno oblast executive committee was registered CJSC "Clothing market" in Grodno.

December 17, 1999. decision number 1046 of the Grodno City Executive Committee СJSC "Clothing market" was transformed into СJSC "Grodnotorgservice".

Currently, the main activities of the company are:

-retail trade, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products;

-leasing of trading places for market education and real estate (buildings and flat structures).
